The weather was wonderful, had really lovely stay for holidays. the hotel was next to all the restaurants, the Carcassonne castle and all main areas of the castle thanks to its fantastic location. - It was placed around 4-6 minutes away by foot from Eglise Saint-Nazaire.

This place was clean with an excellent location in a beautiful garden, and the staff were friendly and attentive in helping me with any concerns I had.

The staff here is efficient and really knows their stuff, and the rooms are modern and chic.

The location for the city is second to none plus having a swimmig pool was good.

The breakfast could be better plus offer a pool service in keeping with the hotel charges.

The modern style was attractive and the room neat and clean (and very orange).

The price seemed excessive for the size of the room.

The staff were excellent and very welcoming. The hotel bar and grounds looked beautiful, overlooking Carcassonne's castle walls. Also the spa was a real treat, definitely recommended.

Great location..says only 2star however would rate higher...very relaxed place to stay with plenty sights within walking distance. Would definately retun to this hotel.

Great location: just outside castle walls. Rooms were clean and had balconies. Parking available for 10 euro/night. Pool area was nice.

Rooms very cramped - the triple had barely any floor space. Pool rules were not to use room towels but towels were not available at pool - seems odd that one would be expected to bring their own towels to a hotel! Overall, a good stay, however.

Convenient Location and Enjoyable Stay

Here's the tea ☕: This place is pretty nice and was kept fairly clean. I had a great time here! It's right in front of the castle, so the location is super convenient. Plus, it's really close to the city center, making it easy to explore around.

Friendly, helpful staff and a lovely garden patio. The hotel was in a perfect location, just outside the Cite. The room was very clean and tastefully decorated.

The walls were very thin so we could literally hear everything that our neighbours were doing. The bathroom was also a bit small.
